Delft University of Technology is the oldest technical university of Holland. Besides its seven faculties there are a lot research institutes with partnerships to government and all kind of other organizations. It is also the most wellknown University of Technology in its own country and abroad. Delft Universitity has the following faculties:

• Civel Engineering and Geosciences
• Design, Engineering and Production
• Information Technologie and Systems
• Technology, Policy and Management

The internet site gives straight forward information (well... it is a technical university). But for international programmes it is good to visit the MSc pages. Here you find information about the sixteen MSc courses of this university where the language of instruction is English. So far I did not find much information about studying in Delft or general information for foreign student about studying in Holland. But maybe it is there, let me know if you find it.
