The University of Leiden is the oldest university of the Netherlands, founded in 1575. Leiden is a town between Amsterdam and The Hague; Old, beautiful and with a student atmosphere. Nine faculties offers undergraduate courses and more than 40 master degree programmes, all taught in English. Besides that you can do doctorate research. The faculties are:
